Larry Hanslovan has appealed from two orders following the entry of a judgment of conviction for forgery. The first order relinquished jurisdiction which had been retained under I.C. § 19-2601. The second order denied Hanslovans motion for sentence reduction under I.C.R. 35. Today we affirm both orders.
