PERRY, Judge A judgment of conviction was entered against Lars Wengren subsequent to his conditional plea of guilty, pursuant to Idaho Criminal Rule 11(a)(2), to felony possession of marijuana in excess of three ounces. I.C. § 37-2732(e). On appeal from the conviction, he asserts error in the district court's denial of his: (1) motion to dismiss for an insufficient showing of probable cause at the preliminary hearing; (2) motion to suppress based on defects in the process of obtaining the search warrant and the warrant itself; and (3) motion to dismiss based on speedy trial grounds and other constitutional infirmities. We uphold the rulings of the district court and affirm the judgment of conviction. FACTS AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
