Appellant was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance after police officers discovered a leather "kit" in his jacket pocket. The kit contained drug paraphernalia and a small bottle of white powder which later proved to be cocaine. Appellants jacket was searched as part of a general search of his motel room.
